Our Advisory board is composed of accomplished experts offering innovative advice and dynamic perspectives on the initiative’s activities. They are excellent and experienced professionals in the built environment horizon.
Below is the summarized profile of the appointed members of the Strategic Advisory Board;
Dr Zulfikar Adamu is an Associate Professor of Strategic IT in Construction at the London South Bank University, UK. He is from Nigeria and the Chairman of the BIM Africa Strategic Advisory Board.
Kawthar Jedda is a Tunisian Architect who lived in KSA, studied Architecture in Jordan and has over 10 years of practice in Tunisia. She is the founder of BIM Tunisia, a training and consulting outfit.
Dr Henry Abanda, a Cameroonian, is a Reader in Construction Informatics at Oxford Brookes University UK with research and teaching interests in BIM and emerging ICT technology applications in construction.
Dr Sa’id Kori is the immediate past Chairman of the BIM Africa Board of Directors. He is currently the Ag. GM for Projects and Portfolio for Family Homes Funds Limited in Nigeria. He is a researcher, consultant and seasoned business information system expert.
Nicholas Owuor is an Architect BIM Consultant and trainer based in Kenya with over 13 years of practical experience. After undertaking an MSc in BIM, he now tries to sensitize architects and engineers on the benefits of adopting the BIM process in their workflow.
