To enhance cross-region knowledge-sharing and international relationship, India BIM Association (IBIMA) has endorsed a strategic partnership with BIM Africa.
India BIM Association (IBIMA) is the leading professional national society for Building Information Modelling and Digitalization in the Indian Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operation (AECO) sector. India Building Information Modelling Association is registered as a national level not-for-profit society in Bangalore, India.
The vision of the society is to serve as the voice of India’s BIM community. IBIMA represents, supports, and advocates on behalf of the entire Indian BIM community to build a positive business environment for the efficient deployment of BIM, for all engaged in utilizing BIM technologies, processes and protocols in India.
IBIMA’s mission is to provide the Indian BIM Community a collective voice dedicated to BIM technology, processes, and protocols offering members support, learning opportunities and best practices for BIM in an Indian context while maintaining connectivity with international partners.
IBIMA and BIM Africa are endeavouring to reach a common goal of Digital Transformation within the Building and Infrastructure Industry in their respective countries, regions, and territories. Both communities would also like to cooperate and collaborate on various initiatives and with varying degrees of involvement to reach their common goals of education, promotion and supporting Digital Transformation within the Building and Infrastructure Industry.
